Synopsis
Liu He works temporarily for a film crew. After the break-off with his girlfriend, he acquaints Xiaoqing who just graduated from college. Xiaoqing tells him she got cancer and has not much time left. Even though being dubious, Liu He wants Xiaoqing to enjoy life so he helps finish off her bucket list. When the doctor confirms Xiaoqing’s health condition, Liu He feels extremely guilty for doubting her. He decides to help raising money and save her.
Xia Gang
Xia Gang, director and screenwriter. He was born in 1953 in Beijing, graduated from the Directing Department of the Beijing Film Academy. In 1989, he directed HALF FLAME, HALF BRINE. In 1990, he won the 11th Golden Rooster Award for the Best Director for his feature film UNEXPECTED PASSION. In 2009, Xia directed the series AN EPIC OF A WOMAN. In 2011, he directed POWERS, a tribute to the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. In 2017, he directed the feature film LOST IN THE MOONLIGHT.
