His first work, PIERCING, was shortlisted at more than 30 international film festivals, including the main competition unit of the French onci International Animation Fim Festival which is known as the Oscar in animation. He has won more than ten important awards, including the Best Animated Film Award of the Asia Pacific Screen Awards. His second work, HAVE A NICE DAY, premiered in the main competition unit of the Berlin International Film Festival, became the first Chinese animated feature film shortlisted in the main competition unit of the three major film festivals, and later won many important awards, including the best animated feature film award at the Golden Horse Awards. At present, his third animated feature film ACADEMY OF ART is in post- production.
