Synopsis

Pu Yi’s life unfolded in the film. He ascended the throne from the age of 3, his young eyes only focus on a grasshopper on the minister, in his mind, the country is only an unknown term. After growing up, he thought that he could start a revolution, but the court book was burned by the eunuch in a fire. He thought he was the emperor of the Qing dynasty, but he became a puppet of the Japanese. After liberation, he got on a train back from the Soviet Union, surrounded by the People’s Liberation Army who escorted and monitored him. He guessed that he would not survive, he hid in a small bathroom and managed to suicide. However, he did not die on the train; the mockery of fate was still waiting for him, and left scars on his body.
